Zoomcar — Driving license is rejected without any reason and not able to connect with customer care

Dear team,

I have made booking of zoomcar on 12th April . BOOKING ID:- JPSNINQ4L

After the booking, app was asking for customer verification.

I uploaded my DL and adhar card but just after few minutes.. got the message document verification got failed.

Post that tried with Adhar OTP verification and license verification but it is not taking my license.

App is just stucked.

I don't know why not they verify document earlier.

I am using my license from last 16 years but I don't what is wrong with zoomcar why they are not accepting it or even not giving reason of rejection.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.. as customer care is not responding.
