I reached the location at the scheduled time and tried to unlock the car through the application. However, I was unable to unlock the car from my login application. I tried multiple ways to reach the support team, but there was no way to reach out. So, I started sending emails and waited for some time for a reply, but there was no response. Suddenly, after 6 hours, I received an application notification that my trip had started. Due to this application issue and lack of response from the support team, we were not able to continue the trip as per the plan and lost both time and money. Since I was not able to use the Zoomcar vehicle due to an application issue, kindly refund my money as soon as possible. It is my sincere request.
*Earlier post has a typo mistake in the first point. It’s not ‘lock’, it’s ‘unlock’
