Zoomcar — false charges applied against me

I have taken zoomcar elite i20 on rent on 12/05/2019 and returned it the same day. First the company charged me 2000 rupees damage charges for no reason, then a day after i got a call saying to pay outstanding amount of rupees 6000 saying that the spare tyre is missing. Zoomcar has totally applied false charges against me. I am supposed to get a refund of rupees 4680.

However, the charges added was higher, therefore, we have revised the charges levied on the booking.

The changes should be reflecting under your booking.

Updated by pratik2424 What nonsense still you are asking to pay me ₹4000. I am supposed to get a refund of ₹4680 or I am sending you people a legal notice on your office address I am fed up now.
