Zoomcar — False Damage Charges Claim | |
I had booked a Zoomcar on17/07/2021. It was Swift Car. I picked up the car at 11.30 pm and dropped off the car on time according to the booking at around 1.00 am in the pallavaram zoomcar hub. It was clean ride and when dropping off the executives in the hub asked me to drop the car in a certain place and close the trip. I did as per their request and closed the trip. Later a Vehicle damage Fees of Rs.8000/- has been added. When spoke to persons they sre not ready to listen anything and kept saying that it was a valid charges on us. I heavily suspect on the executives who were maintaining the hub. They had somehow made the damage and blaming it on the previous user. The concerned persons are just threatening to pay the amount and are claiming that they have all the evidence regarding this and are saying that the image uploaded by us was not clear enough and hence they are putting on the blame on our side. This is completely not acceptable as no one would be prepared with necessary evidences in beforehand.
