I booked a Maruti Ertiga Hybrid 2023 zoom car from April 1st to April 5th, booking id : JPSNCHDSC and spent 2010 rupees for the fast tag which is absolutely refundable, I uploaded all the bills in the bill section but they have not yet initiated the amount. Also for the same booking, I tried to extend the booking but I couldn't extend the booking as the app shoots an error and spoke with the customer care couple of times in between the trip, executive asked me to upload the error screen shot on the billing section and raise a ticket so that the concern will look into it and call me regarding this issue, I did the same, but no one called me and now zoomcar asking me to pay rupees 336 as a late fee. I attached the error screen shot here in the attachment. This is not fair, I need a proper resolution in this case.
