Zoomcar — Faulty car - bad roadside assistance | |||||
Hi, I have booked a zoomcar from Bellandur Novotel, Bangalore at 11PM on 11/21 after driving just 34 Kms without ac or music system the battery went down. The car was a pretty old one 91.5K Kms in odometer with very bad condition of clutch and accelerator. I got stranded on a deserted road in midnight. I called zoomcar support they assured me help is on the way. After waiting for 45 mins there, I repeatedly called the customer care and finally got the fleet service contact. To my surprise he has refused to come help me even though he is located jut 7Kms away. I had to contact the call center again and after 1hour 30 minutes finally the fleet service arrive but they did not even bring a jumper cable to start the car. Finally after waiting for hours I had to cancel my plans and go back home. The resolution zoomcar has provided me is that they will refund the unused kms. I just want to ask if this is the kind of service they has to offer in emergency conditions. Was this information helpful? | |||||
