Hi Team,
I made a booking from April 13-19, at the time of delivery of car to us, someone from the zoom delivery team stated that the car which we are supposed to pick, i.e., Tata Tiago has some mechanical error and we'll be provided with a Swift Dzire, we said okay and at the time of delivery, they didn't do as said and gave us the same faulty car, i.e., Tata Tiago, we asked about the fault and they said that there's no fault, take this car, the car went in an immobilised mode at around 12 in the night.
Since then we have been trying to reach out and all the team has told us, is to wait for a call back, they don't even want to stay on the call with us. Was this information helpful? |
