Zoomcar — Faulty car provided

Hi team Zoomcar!

This is Reddy I've booked a zoomcar from airport site - Ahmedabad bearing booking ID JPS69OW20. After traveling 30 kilometers from Ahmedabad towards Morbi district, we've stopped at a hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast pit stop, the car did not start, we've seeked help from the hotel staff to push it so we can resume our journey and attend the business meet scheduled in Morbi.

The car started after pushing it back and forth several times, however the AC stopped working after traveling about 15-20 kms further approximately.

As we've already wasted our time with starting the vehicle at the hotel, we were getting late for the business meet that's scheduled. So, we couldn't spare anymore time in stopping the vehicle again (afraid it wouldn't start again), calling the customer support number that gets disconnected after a few beeps.

We've traveled to our destination (Morbi) which is about 200 kms from there. All this long way, we've suffered and got poached.

By the time we reached the hotel, we were drenching in sweat and almost poached in scorching sun. The vehicle didn't start again at the hotel. I've spoken to your support agent Saima and she'd suggested a tip to get it started which is fine. Our concern is about the AC that's not functioning and we've booked the car for six full days spending 17, 500 and also planned to extend if required. But we were given a faulty vehicle which is not function as intended, that caused immense inconvenience and trauma, I request someone to take this up to the higher hierarchy and get it resolved.

I did not expect this from zoomcar, I've used self driven cars from Thrifty in Australia, and Hertz in the USA. Never experienced such irresponsible, unacceptable service from them.

Hope zoomcar doesn't spoil our business trip by causing further delay in rectifying the issue and fix it at the earliest.
