My booking ID is JPSNCO4ZV. I booked and paid for this car yesterday. To my surprise when I reached the owner stated that he don’t give car to anyone. He stated in the conversation that he has some financial issues with Zoomcar and he doesn’t remove the car from the app to trouble people.
Also now my app is showing that the trip has started out of nowhere.
I request for immediate refund of my ₹18000.
Since that time I have constantly calling the customer care service but nobody is responding.
