1. I had booked for a Baleno automatic but at the time of taking delivery I got a manual transmission in possibly the worst condition in terms of cleanliness. I did not make it an issue.
2. The car that was provided was not a registered rental car, it was private whiteboard vehicle. I did not make it an issue.
3. After completion of the trip handing over the car, the trip never completed by records and the booking was live for more than a day since trip completion. The deposit refund was delayed. I did not make it an issue.
4. I had a free mileage of 298kms and the utilized mileage was 259kms. The level of fuel when I started was about 10 percent but ended with around 15 percent. I did not want to get into such minute details, so claimed only Rs. 2000 fuel bill i paid.
Been following up with them on the fuel refund status for the last 1 week to no avail and finally decided to go harsh on them and they promised a refund by EOD.
But shockingly I have received just Rs. 337 out of the claimed 2000.
I have made 10 calls to their customer care in the last 2 hours repeating my situation again and again to every person, they put me on hold and the call gets disconnected.
Seriously this is a fraud of the highest degree. They all work as a group. There are better ways of making money.
I stay close by to their registered Zoomcar headoffice in Bangalore.
I'm going to make this an issue.
I have attached the odometer reading during the start and end of my trip and the fuel biill.
