Hello,
I've booked zoom car on 13-dec-2022 for the dates between 25-Dec-2022 and 30-Dec-2022 (mangalore location). The car was not allocated till the last minute and my whole trip is messed up.

Amount paid: 11615 rupees
Issues faced:
1. Customer service contact number provided online[protected] is not helping;
2. No alternate car provided;
3. No one from zoom car reached out until now.
4. No refund processed.
5. No option to cancel the booking even.
I've tried to select an alternate car, but no cars available(Refer screenshot attached);
I've tried to select a car with different dates and times as well. No cars available(Refer screenshot attached);
I've tried to cancel the booking too. But it says cannot cancel since the dates are already started(Refer screenshot attached);
I've tried to use "help and support". But the page says "No booking available"
What else a customer can do? I'm disappointed since the vacation plan was completely ruined because of zoom car.
Please refund the money to my bank account or reverse it to the credit card.
