[Resolved] Zoomcar — fraudulent damage charges | |||||
Zoomcar has levied damage charges to the tune of rs. 10, 000 on my booking when they had given me the car in that condition. I had mentioned major damage in the delivery report and took photos which show this damage was already there. Despite sharing this with them, they continue to say that the charges are genuine because according to them, all zoomcars undergo thorough checks. Instead of compensating me for a car in which the ac did not work, they are blaming me for this and are trying to extort money for the same. They are unable to prove that the damage was done by me although i have proof, through time stamped images, that the damage was already present when i took the car.
