I booked a car on 31st may it's Swift desire automatic when i received car the fuel level showing 20% so I uploaded the photo in app and start my trip but just about starting the car fuel level dropped to 10% in less then 100M i immediately stop the car and called customer service and told them the issue, customer service person asked me for my driver's license number and starting kilometres and told me that he have updated the fuel reading to 10% as starting fuel.
By the time of ending the trip application is not accepting same location where the trip started to end my trip so I took the car to location according to application. Where car stopped on slop because of that fuel level showed 30% instead of 40% i clicked the photo and uploaded in application.
After calling customer service to lock the car they told me that I have to take the car to the location where I started my trip then only they can lock the car, i took the car to starting location where car stopped on plane surface so fuel level showing normal as 40% i called customer care executive and told him that the privious fuel reading was wrong he asked me to email fuel bill, fuel reading and kilometres photos. I did that same day and next 3 days as well i emailed those photos but still I have received the fuel refund of 10% fuel 540rs and fast tag bill as 203rs.
I am calling and emailing continuously but didn't get any update or promising solution from zoomcar customer care service.
I am saying simply refund the 20% fuel amount and close this issue but nothing happened so far.
Only complaint number share with me is as follows 1022731.
Please do the needful and help me out.
