Zoomcar — Fuel refund Booking id - JPSN7QMB7

I have completed this trip on 18th may. And i have left more than half fuel in the car.
At the time of booking I was asked that i will be refunded with the excess fuel left in the car after booking is completed. When i picked the on 13th may it was totally empty just enough so i can reach a fuel station.

So for the for the half tank i was expecting a refund amount of about 1800/- but I was not even refunded a single penny. I have mailed and called and raised complaints count less times on support but I have received response of not a single one. Is this how u treat customers. This is the worst I have experienced.

I am attaching here the image of the fuel when I completed the trip. You can see there are 4 ticks on fuel and shows we can ride about 193 km with this fuel. So I should be refunded accordingly.
