Zoomcar — Fuel refund not yet initiated

I booked a Maruti S-Cross on zoom car from 23rd March to 24th March, booking id: JPSNCWC84. I left the car with 100% of fuel in the car. As per policy, for excess fuel left, I will be refunded at the end of the trip. Started the car with 30% of fuel and left the car with 100%, so I should get the refund of 70% but they have not yet initiated, and couldn't get any proper response from their side. The only way to contact them is through a chat, they raise a ticket but they are resolving the issue. I need a refund of 70% fuel as soon as possible. Host asked me to send the odometer reading at the end of the trip, so I took the picture, here I am attaching the picture for your reference.
