Zoomcar — Fuel reimbursement pending from long time | |
We had booked zoom car including fuel but when we went to pick up the car fuel was very less, they said we can refill it and they will reimburse the amount so we refilled the fuel on our own. But the amount is not reimbursed till date its pending from almost six months and it happened twice in my recent bookings. Booking ids as follows: JPS6NYIVH ( Refund pending 1000) and another booking JPS6N4FNV ( Refund pending 500). Attaching the screenshot for your reference. Please process my refunds ASAP. We tried many times to reachout thru customer care numbers and emails but no one responding on this. Was this information helpful? | |
