Dear sir/madam,

I have booked Zoomcar with Booking reference number: JPSNIOEHC for[protected]:00 AM to IST[protected]:00 PM IST.
As assisted in app I have upload all my supportive documents and still my profile is not verified.
Kindly, let me know when my profile will be updated.

Requesting you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I need my profile to be verified, so that the car which I have booked will be available as I want to attend important function
