Booked kuv for 1 week paying 11k change up-front from Ahmedabad booking id JPSNCCBXZ (airport pick up).
There was a car who came to pick us from Airport - The car was extreamly dirty. The min we reached the parking spot, the zoom representative took my phone and started the procedure for Zoom app
We did not spoil our trip so we took the car.
The car we got driving for 2.5 hrs the owner of the car Deep jani called up and said there is issue with the oil leak in the car and we have to keep topping it up. Like all tourists come with mechanic knowledge to top up oil in car. The person from zoom who handed the car to me said there are no issues with the car.
From that time I have been trying to reach the zoom customer care days now. No response the from any of the numbers. I have Been trying to raise a dispute on the amount billed.
To top it all zoom cust care number was not reachable.. plus there was some wrong number updated in the app.
We got the car around 1130, am attaching the screenshot of the call records from Deep Jani recieved at 124 PM saying that the oil needs to be topped up.
Since Zoom cust care was not available we did not have any choice but to drop the car back. I have been trying for refund ever since. Snapshot of call records attached
Please do let me know if anything can be done in this regard. Please do guide me on how i can go to Consumer Court for this.
Because of this we had lost our reservation and we had to stay back in Ahemedabad and that costed extra.
