My first experience with zoom cars
Booked kuv for 1 week paying 11k change up-front from Ahmedabad booking id JPSNCCBXZ (airport pick up).
Someone from zoom picked us up from airport and took us to the zoom parking space. The car was dirty but we still said ok as we did not want to spoil the trip And started at around 1130 on 10 dec
After driving for 2.5 hrs at 124 pm the owner of the car Deep jani called up and said there is issue with the oil leak in the car and we have to keep topping it up. We are tourists working in an IT company we don't have mechanic knowledge to top up oil in car.
The person from zoom who handed the car to me at the parking place said there are no issues with the car.

As soon as I got to know this I have been trying to reach zoom cust care number was not reachable.. plus there was some wrong number updated in the app.
We dint have any choice but to drop the car to the pick up point itself before it stalled on the road. We had great hopes about zoom and came to gujrat to see the place... This was a terrible experience. Because of this we lost our hotel reservations as well for that day and we had to stay in a hotel in ahemdabad
Overall utterly utterly disappointing experience
I am asking zoom for a refund as per the policy Breakdown of vehicle
2. Where the Member is not responsible for the breakdown of the Zoomcar vehicle, Zoomcar shall refund an amount equal to the cost of the unused hours of such booking. Further, Zoomcar shall not be liable for any further costs borne by the Member as a consequence of the breakdown of the Zoomcar vehicle
