Zoomcar — Harassment after taking booking amount and denying to give vehicle on arrival in the night

Me and my wife had to face a lot of harassment by zoomcar in Chennai, as zoomcar took the booking amount and denied to give vehicle on arrival in the night at Chennai airport. And they kept me and my wife waiting on the road till midnight.
