I have booked a car from Zoomcar service. at 02-Mar-2022
Pickup time 07:00AM and Delivery time 08:30PM as on 02-Mar-2022.
But when i go to location for pickup, there have no car yet.
Then I have tried to call to the customer support for the issue. but they were not answered.
as per information I didn't get this car which i have booked at time. and I want to refund my complete booking amoount.
booking ID: JPS69B6OK
The booking has been cancelled automatically and they deducted Rs:1497/- against cancellation charges. But I didn't get the car.
I have attached the booking details and booking ID.
