Zoomcar — I am complaining about paying extra amount for fuel(refueling fee)

I booked a car from 27th April to 28th April. When I took picked up the car the fuel tank was showing 0% which I uploaded to the zoom app. When I returned the car the fuel tank was 45%. But instead of getting a refund I am asked to pay an amount of 2010 rupees for not maintaining the fuel tank.
Please solve it.
