I am complaining about the refund of my zoomcar booking as there was an emergency situation created to book a zoomcar and I have Uploaded documents for profile verification at least more than 50 times but it was getting rejected all the time and I don't know the reason. so, due to the rejection I have to cancel the booking and do this same booking from my friend id.
so, I kindly request you to look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible and also I have cleared the bill of 2000 which was charged by zoomcar earlier.
my booking was from 5th of April 2023 02:00 pm to 7th of April 2023 10:00
pm.
the booking id was jpsc3sbu and the car was Mahindra scorpio mt diesel and after trying a lot of time for the profile verification I had to cancel it on 05th April 2023 at 4:15 pm and the payment made was 10298.
so its my humble request to you to kindly look into this matter and kindly request you to make a refund into my account.
I am also attaching the documents regarding this.
