I booked a car on 16th Apr at 9pm near Bachupally in Hyderabad, when I reached the location I tried to unlock the car through mobile app and the app didn’t worked saying there is an error to unlock the car, I spent hours near the car to unlock and to reach the customer support, but they mentioned that there is no booking in my number, if there is no booking from my number how can the booking confirmation came and how the car details shown in mobile app, literally the Zoomcar has looted my money before all of this happened, simply they are in need of money nothing bothered them from the customer perspective. I tried my level to reach the customer and sent multiple mails but I didn’t get any reply from them. The CEO of Zoomcar knows all of this frauds that are happening still there is no actions taken.
