Complaint marked as Resolved have been trying to report damage done to my car by customer in zoom car but the company is avoiding my complaint saying it’s a maintenance issue.
I would list the whole situation here..
I got a booking who’s details are:
Date :17 MARCH2023 6AM TO 8PM
Booking id: JPSNCG1HZ
But i did not get my car back on 18th MARCH but instead I got a call from SHREE G workshop of zoomcar as the car has been damaged and brought to their garage.
And then i raised many ticket about the same and after so many tickets i got an answer from zoomcar support that the car damage is due to maintenance issues.
On further inspection with my mechanic i got to know that the
car accelrator high in fisrt gear car badly heat coolent is go in oil box all the coolant got leaked which resulted in engine over heating because of no coolant and now the engine has been seized, its battery has been fully drained, engine starts but with a white steam like smoke from exhaust. I have attached and photos with this complaint
I kindly request consumer complaint to please do the needful as my car was in very good condition and i can even prove it
Which gives full information about the condition of the car and how the car has been driven.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
