Being a Supermiler customer of Zoomcar I always dreamt about subscribing to a car. Gone through lots of negative reviews about car subscription however I had a hope that Zoomcar will never upset me and I will try my best to manage and get things sorted from your Team.
HEnce finally managed to convince my loved ones to opt for Zoomcar Subscription.
With lots of hopes I filled up my registration details with the payment of 4999 on[protected] for my favorite Baleno.
KYC Documents approvedAddress Approved.Parking details approved.On 13th October 2020 I received a call stating that there is no availability of the vehicle and I have to cancel the subscription.
Honestly, I was impressed with Zoomcar's technology of allocation of cars so that customers can get the same. However after going through the entire verification process how could a company like you say that there is no car available? Really upset with this. If I now talk to my loved ones and say that this is what has happened what will they think? It's simple, they will think this company does not provide proper service. Isn't it? Next time will anyone think of Zoomcar Subscription? Please answer this.
You keep bombarding with so many offers and discounts for subscription yet you failed to provide services to your customer.
Life is not always about money and business, it's about customer satisfaction.
You guys really need to work on your website and availability of vehicles. Or else, you will come across with customers like me. 
Yes, no doubt you refunded the amount back but I didn't need that, I needed you to provide me the car which was booked as per your website.
