I’ve booked a car for 30th april to 1st may, my car pickup time is 30th april 10pm from bellandur Bangalore location, while booking zoomcar asked my aadhar card photo and driving license which I’ve submitted then i got booking details .. and when I reached to given location for pickup car there no such any car available and when i asked nearby person for is there any zoomcar service .. they said it’s already moved to other 1 month ago. Then i tried to call customer service after long time my call was connected and supporting executive is just taking like they are doing favour to me.. after that he said he’s arranging an another car option in two minute and he disconnected the call after i saw in app there is one old model car is available which is out of city around 40km away from that location… afterall i tried to commect zoomcar support team but there is no information and its 7 days passed I didn’t received any call email from zoomcar, neither they refund my money which i have paid while booking..
Really overall its a worst service company.. where no one responsible for their customer… this is my worst experience in my life that i went for my booking I didn’t got car and that time rain was started at that time around 10:30pm I didn’t know what should i do next day my planned is cancelled and even I didn’t getting cab for returning home .. worst worst worst services Was this information helpful? |
