Zoomcar — I'm complaining about my refund

Dear Sir,
I am asking about my refund, which is pending for a long back.
Booking I: JPS6N442M, Refund pending of INR 4, 564. its over month, and Many customer are facing same issue. Its Customer hard earned money that Zoomcar is looting.

What's happening from your side? Idid not to understand your Good service.
