Zoomcar — I'm complaining about the unnecessary inconvenience fee levied by zoomcar

I have booked a car on May 1st, 2022 and after using it for about 10 hours I returned without any damage or anything. And I haven't opened the app till now, but as I opened suddenly two days ago, in that app it was showing that to pay an amount of 20, 000/- as inconvenience fee out of nowhere. And we are sure that we are not at all responsible for any such type of payment. And also there was not even a single message about that until now. It shows that it's a huge scam and trying to loot as much as from the customers.
