Hello Sir/Ma'am,
Yesterday(28 April), I booked one car from the zoom car website, where I booked a full ammount( 8848 Rs.). I got booking confirmation and also car location. Timing is from 29 April 10:00 AM to 1st May 6:00 PM.
Everything was fine till here. But suddenly I am getting a massage from the car owner in the morning around 9 AM, The car has been in an accident and it's not available for serving.
So I asked for a refund so he told me to call customer service. From morning 9 AM, I have tried more than 50 times to call zoom-car customer care service but they are not picking my call and also I am not getting any response in chat support of their app and website.
Also around 2:00 PM my trip got started automatically showing in the app's status, while still I am not able to find the car. Also I am not aware of who has started my trip and also not able to get a response from their customer support and from the car- owner.

I request you, please check on this issue, and ask them to provide me a refund of all the money I have given to them also the time i have spent on this activity.
