[Resolved] Zoomcar — inconvenience fee of rs 2000 applied without any reason | |
I had booked zoomcar on 3rd aug 2019 from 11.00 am to 9 pm which we later extended to 10.00 pm. We were entitled to 110 km. We paid the amount in advance of 1064 rs with no outstanding. We picked and dropped the car well within time. We also filled 1000 rs. Diesel. When we returned the car in locked position, we had no outstanding amount. However later that day, zoomcar put rs.2000 inconvenience fee without any reasons. It such an annoying experience. Was this information helpful? | |
