[Resolved] Zoomcar — incorrect cleaning charges | |||||
I have been charged incorrectly for the cleaning charges. I had uploaded photos on the app while ending the trip and it was raining heavily that time as it is Mumbai. And the car was clean from inside too. A cleaning fee of 1000 rs. is unjustified and I want the refund for the same ASAP. This is completely compromising with my peace of mind.
