Zoomcar — Incorrectly charged for Refuelling charges

Hi Team,

My booking ID is JPS695PNO.
This is regarding car booking made on 14 Dec 2021.
I am charged 333/- towards refuelling charges which are incorrect. I had called your executive at the start of the trip to unlock the car since I was not able to unlock and start the trip from the application. The executive entered incorrect details regarding fuel. The fuel at the end of the trip was more than that I had at the start of trip. I had informed the executive about the same at the end of the trip since I was facing issues in ending trip as well.

Kindly assist to reverse the re fuelling charges and confirm.

Dear Team,

I have still not received any revert from Zoomcar support team nor have received any call from the support. Hope to get some acknowledgement from Zoomcar support at the earliest.
