I had hired Zoomcar vide booking reference JPSNCY270 from April 19-23 ( 5 days) at Bangalore. They claimed that Fastag is on them ( customers don't have to pay for the fasttag and that it is pre-installed in all their cars. So no payment would be required to be paid either during or after the trip. However to my utter dismay there was no balance in the Fastag of car registration no.KA05NG1454 and I ended up paying double the Toll tax each time I crossed the toll booth as I was driving across highways from Bangalore to Tamil Nadu and back on my trip.
After dropping off the car back to host, I uploaded the toll receipts on chatbot as advised, however only response that the chatbot shows is that they will respond shortly. However no response has been received so far in the past 2 months either by email or phone call. Thereafter I uploaded the bill 3 more times, but no response.
The customer care number that I have is[protected] and this number does not work if there is no ongoing booking. For any past bookings or to contact live representative there is no contact number available either on App nor on their website to register the issues or complaint.
I wish to send all Toll receipts by courier to their main office to process the refund claim, however I regret to write that, there is no physical address of this company also to be located on website.
Is there a way we can get the refunds ? The law should come forward to ensure fair business practice and ban this company from operating such kind of fraudulent and unethical business. Was this information helpful? |
