I had a new car just to get an passive income and to support my family needs added the car with these Zoomcar guys, the car which went for trip met with an accident and the fellow passanger in the car passed away and car was completely gone, the car was scrapped for 30 thousand by zoomcar guys.
The parents of the person who died have filed a case against me and insurance company.
The zoomcar team assured that they will take care of the case and as said they appointed an lawyer on my behalf and he was appearing and zoomcar team was following everything was fine.
All of a sudden the case got over as the lawyer didn't appear and the judgment have been passed asking me to pay 5000000 to the parents of the person who travelled in the car.
This was lately informed to me by the time the reopening time have got over now to go for high court i have to pay 50%of the award money to court what should a general person do.
My entire saving is not that much. Don't know what to do rather ending my life as they are saying that court will take all my asset and give it for open auction and recover the money.
