I am a Zoomcar Host (Case #2694012, Vehicle WB10D3371). On Zoomcar's written instruction (17 April 2026), I paid ?27, 000 upfront for vehicle repairs caused by guest damage across bookings JPSNK9L6E, JPSNKS8BP, JPSNK4EIM, JPSNK49DU — proven by Zoomcar's own app and 360 image reports. The garage invoice (VC-I03701) is issued in ZOOMCAR INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED's name with their GSTIN. 48 days later Zoomcar approved only ?3, 588 citing pre-existing damage — directly disproved by their own system. Downtime compensation of ?7, 200 (6-30 April, old policy) also denied despite Zoomcar admitting on Facebook that policy changed after 1 May — meaning old policy applies to my case.
