[Resolved]  Zoomcar India Pvt Ltd — not support and extra money charging from my credit card

I got a car from zoom car from day one there is no service there is no way you can reach to customer care or speak to someone who can solve your problem.
I tried calling them a million times and I went on twitter asked for a call back from customer care team they said will call you in 24 hours.
For 7 days everyday they said this but I didn't get any call.
Then the charged me more one day extra charge I called them somehow I got lucky it got connected one time they said we will adjust in next bill but they didn't do that. Then I turned off my card so they can't charge me now they are saying we will take panelty for everyday 100 Ruppes.
I am depressed and looted.
I can't even return the car bcoz there is a panelty of 9000 ruppees.
Please help me I am mentally disturbed because of all this.
I am getting no support from the zoom car people.
On the website they say that we provide 24X7 assistance.
My car is not working from last two days
But I can't do anything I have to pay for the car with using it.

I wanna file an FIR
Is there any way I can do it.

That's all you say every time
There is a problem in my billing you guys say it everytime but don't make that correction.
Lets see may be this time you will solve my problems

My car has no breaks from last three days
I am not using it but getting charged for it everyday
Your team raised a ticket today
They didn't called me somehow I got lucky and made contact with them.
They are saying you will get charged till the time our team doesn't pick up the vehicle .

You should stop charging me from the moment I complained about it.
Your people doesnt respond in time.
Now if your team do not come for next two days
I will get charged for 5 days with using the car.

You guys are running a service platform you should resolve the issue within 24 hours.

All I can do is suggest rest is upto you but the experience I had with zoomcar I will not recommend zoomcar to anyone and will not use zoomcar in future
It's my bad that I got stuck with you guys for next 6 months.

Hope you guys will solve my problem as soon as possible.
