I hired car on 23/03/2022 RENAULT -Triber, from ZOOM CAR PVT LTD Booking Id - JPS69F54Q
1) We received car 3 hours late to the booked slot ! Which caused us further delay in our trip !
2) The car was damaged inside out from every corner, was extremely filthy inside too !
3) The car broke down (silencer) few kms after hiring, which we got repaired from a mechanic on our own expenses, thankfully it didn’t broke out in a remote area !
3) Coolant wasn’t there the car.
4) Child lock, back seat button, pilot seat button all were broken which we also showed to the delivery person.
5) We already took Insurance coverage by paying Rs.2000 extra. So why are we charged for 4000. According to your policy maximum charge should be Rs.249
6) Booked car was not allotted. Car was driven 36000 km and 1.5 years old instead of which I have booked was 7000 km.
And after so many calls and emails to customer care. There no response of the above issues.
Considering all these points please update my dues. So that I can make payment.
