Pathetic Service by zoomcar, first they showed me that XUV300 is available and listed it while I was looking for vehicle. When I booked XUV300, they took money and claimed Car is unavailable. After taking follow up with so called customer service, they arranged XUV500 but with expired PUC. I returned vehicle on before time, without any damage and they levied Rs.1499/- as Vehicle Damage Fee for which even after 24 hours, no proper explaination been given by so called zoomcar expert team. My excess fuel refund and PUC amount is wiped out due to this non sense Vehicle Damage Fee and even after sharing all concerns at '[protected]@zoomcar.com' no reply from them. These guys knows how to lure customers with their brand and later penalise them as per their own wish, without presenting enough proofs.
1. How can you provide vehicle with expired PUC?
2. How can you levy charges against me without proper explaination as, where the damage to vehicle occured by me? Seems zoomcar have smart sensors and camera in vehicle, just ask your team to buckle up and help me with proof when and which damage to the vehicle occured in my custody?
3. Due to this vehicle damage fee of Rs. 1499/-, you have wiped out my excess diesel refund of Rs.630/- and PUC amount of Rs.110/- is also pending.
4. How can you enlist XUV300 and due to unavailability you offer other cars to customers after taking full payment?
5. How come your executives assures that senior management call back will be arranged against my concerns, and to my surprise no call back received from your end? Also they disconnect call as per their want, latest call disconnected by Tushar at around 8.18pm dated 14th Mar'22.
