I have booked a car for 13 march 2022 (10:30 am). I had paid the money before the booking and also uploaded all the documents. I reached at pick up location but i was unable to unlock the car as it was showing that profile was not approved. I would like to tell that its written on the app that profile will be approved before booking time. After that at 12:00 pm my profile got approved but then also car was not unlocked i tried several times.
Now the most irritating part of the zoom car is they are not picking calls. I called several times but no response from customer care.
I haven’t used the car as i was not able to unlock it and no help from zoom car but they have my money and they are not giving any response. I am waiting today only if they don’t contact me then i am going to file a case on zoom car.
