We booked Zoom car on 26th Feb Saturday via the zoom car application.
We were charged totally 5356 rs and we got booking confirmation on the application.
As per the application guidelines we reached the location of the car, to see the car is not present.
We then tried to contact the help desk and then contacted the host.
The host reached us after 30 mins only to say the car is not available and he has left it for service.
We informed the host, we got the booking confirmation but host informed us he can't do anything because he didn't have the Car.
The host himself asked informed us he tried reaching zoom car company but they did not respond.
Hence we were informed to cancel the zoom car and speak to the help desk.
After cancelling, totally 4908 rs was detected and we were refunded only 448rs.
We were unable to reach the customer care in any way and were left in middle of no where.
Please help us with this because we are unable to reach the zoomcar company in any way. Was this information helpful? |
