Zoomcar — JPS6N4Y42 - Havent received my refund yet

I had booked a zoomcar in the month of November 2020. I was called the previous day of booking and told that they dont have car and cancelled it. They also said the amount would be refunded immediately as they have cancelled. Till now i havent received my refund and i am unable to reach them in any means. I paid through my credit card and i am already paying the interest and late fee for it. I was surprised to see this forum that most Zoom car customers didnt get their refund which doesnt sound good. Can I get my refund this week?
