We got a horrible car which broke down multiple times.
The engine started stalling and stopping. Even in the middle of the highway. We could not even use the AC. In the end, we could not even reach where we wanted to go
I called the customer support when it stopped in the middle of the highway and they told me to get it repaired at a local mechanic and upload the bill. I did that with great difficulty and uploaded the bill of ₹3030. The car was at the mechanic for 4 hours. Previously, the service centre rep told me that they will extend the time but they did not do that and only claimed to be able to extend the booking by 1 hour ("as a favour") . I still dropped the car at 8 as discussed and then I was charged a late fee.
It's been over 10 days and I've neither gotten a refund of the booking amount (₹4070) neither a reimbursement of the mechanic bill (₹3030) or the toll (₹170) and instead a late fee of ₹210 is further being asked from me. It is honestly ridiculous at this point.
I have already sent them multiple mails and messages on Twitter to follow up not haven't gotten any response. Was this information helpful? |
