Zoomcar — Last Booking Related

Hello zoom car Im facing so many issue with zoom car service, On previous bookings
First previous booking on 26th of Dec 2021
I booked zoom car at pune on 26th at 8:30 o'clock and When I reached At Location There is no car available On that site We Tried So many time to contact with zoom customer service but They Didn't pick My Call After few hour They Pick My call And They Told Me to Wait We Will contact you soon but they didn't call back me then We tried once again So they told me To change car Then At 1:30 they gave me Other car And 5hr extension because that previous car trip has start at morning 8:30 And Before Trip End Date I Extend My Trip End Time From 1:30 to 6:30 And At 6:29 I End My Trip But Still Also Zoom car charge Me Late Fee And Whenever I try To Book car their is Showing Pay Outstanding Amount But Why What Kind Of Late fee zoom car charge me
