We came to Blore to go to Coorg from Chennai. We booked Zoomcar (Ertica for 7 people- Booking Id: JPSN7CQQS) from Bangalore to Coorg for March 26, one day prior with advance payment. The Car was cancelled in last minute, not even a hour before our dispature. We called customer care for several times. Every call ended in vain. They called us back after 3 hours to tell that there is only one kwid available for 7 people. We were not even allowed to book car in any other forum, has our bulk advance amount was struck with Zoomcar and they agreed to refund only with a estimation period of 5-15 days. Very very disappointed with their service. Never experienced anything like this before.
However, We spent half our tour budget in paying the advance money and we were leftout with no other option, than staying in hotel for the full tour. We also paid advance to our resort in Coorg and they refused to refund. We came from Chennai to Blore to Completely stay in hotel and return back.
