Zoomcar — Late fee charged for Car rent extension. Already paid for the extension duration. Also awaiting refund of Rs 5000

I am writing this email regarding the car that has been rented from Zoomcar from 21st April 2022 upto 10th May 2022. I have rented a Scorpio car and received the said car from Delhi, The car that was rented happened to be a different car as promised, Except from the car engine and tyres nothing is functioning properly. Because of this car I had to cancel my return train tickets, also extend my stay periods in hotels. All because I was not able to drive during night time.
1: The car rented from Zoomcar does not have a lever to open the bonnet of the car, I wanted to open the bonnet of the car as there was no water present in the windshield water tank as while driving the car in a mountain terrain area I need the wipers because of the weather conditions. I called the Zoomcar representative and did not seek help for the same and was advised to get a mechanic as they were not able to provide one from there end, I did consult a mechanic, but unfortunately was not able to open the bonnet.
2: The buttons on the Steering wheel are broken because of which the led lights underneath the broken buttons are reflecting exactly in the drivers eye, which in turn impairs the drivers vision.
3:The Power steering of the car is not functional, feels like driving a Old Truck.
4: There are no sensors for reverse, no lights and the reverse camera is not working.
Apart from these issues, there are several other issues with the car.
Because of all the above mentioned issues, I am not able to drive the car during night time as this becomes a major safety concern, as I am on a visit to Kedarnath and Badrinath along with my family, I am traveling in Uttarakhand, the climatic conditions are not favourable in Mountain terrain as it rains anytime and the roads are muddy hence the vision is impaired.
I had made several calls to Zoomcar regarding the same but was not offered help not even a single time from any of the Zoomcar representative, Would like to specially mention a representative SAM, who knows everything about the issue but did not bother to help me at all, spoke with same representative many times. I have spoken with these representative several times over the period have made around 15 calls and spoke for several hours ruining my vacation.
I had requested them to extend my trip duration for another 3 days to compensate with the issue that I was facing, I was promised many manager call backs but there was no resolution, at the end I had to pay additional Rs 9200 from my end for extending the trip as Zoomcar did not provide me with a car with basic functions regarding safety.
I ignored the matter and did not wanted to ruin my trip and waste my leisure time so I paid the money and only used the car during day time.
As of 9th May 2022, the car broke down completely when I reached a hotel, around 80 km to Badrinath temple.I spoke with a mechanic and was informed the car's self is not working, hence car is not starting at all, This time I called the Zoomcar representative again and asked them for help as the car completely broke down, after speaking with several representative, after about 3 hours I got hold of a manager from the concerned team named SAM, with whome I had previously spoken he refused to help me and told me to drop the car at the same location and continue on my trip and arrange for different means, Also I have already paid for 3 days extra till the trip extention date 13 th May 2022, I asked for my refund as I had already spent unnecessary money on train ticket cancellation and hotel trip extentions, I was told the money would be refunded once the car would be with then and inspected for the issue. I was out of my budget already and just requested Zoomcar to return my refund as I have already paid Rs 9200 for 3 days from 10th May to 13 th May 2022 and moreover I would not be using the car for those 3 days, but nothing was done as usual and I was left helpless with my family with little or no money, in the middle of nowhere near a high way, 80 to 90 km from Badrinath. Because of all this false promises and because of this pathetic service from Zoomcar, me and my family are facing major mental breakdown and trauma. I have wasted a lot of my money and most importantly my precious time because of this non functional Car and the incompetent service provided by Zoomcar. I am looking out for resolution for this foul play done by Zoomcar to me and want a compensation for the same for all the extra money, time and effort lost by me. I want all the money spent with Zoomcar till date which sumps up to Rs 44700, This refund amount includes money spent with Zoomcar for no service given along with the traumatic experience and the amount spent with the mechanic for repairing the car. I have all the evidence regarding the complaint made against Zoomcar by me, If necessary I can provide the payment bills made to Zoomcar, mechanic along with the pics, videos and call recording with Zoomcar representative. I am looking out for a resolution for the same as soon as possible and justice as a sincere tax payer consumer.

Also after all this what kind of pending amount are you asking from me Zoomcar. I have paid for extentions for rs 9200 for 3 days till 13th May 2022, 9 pm . The car stopped working at Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station, Delhi Parking on 13th at around 4 pm . I called several times for help and was left helpless, I have all the call recording and related evidence, Also Zoomcar needs to reimburse me Rs 5000, Rs 3000 for mechanic charges and Rs 2000 for additional Diesel in the car, I have attached all the relevant documents in the Zoomcar app. kindly Refund the amount of Rs 5000 as soon as possible.
