[Resolved]  Zoomcar — Late fee payment

I booked a swift diesel automatic from kochi on 30th December 2021 from morning to evening 11:30 and due to curfew in kerala I was asked by the delivery agent to give back the car by 9 and I returned the car by that time and couldn’t end the trip due to an app bug and they said they’ll send and email to zoomcar which they said they did and I was able to end the ride by next day morning and now zoomcar is asking me to pay 3458₹ extra as a late fee how can I resolve this I tried contacting the customer care no one’s picking up
