Dear Sir,
Further to the email, i had stated before that i had dropped the vehicle before time i.e 20th Nov 2021 7 :44 PM also i had refilled the petrol for Rs 1000/-
It had been almost 1 hr i tried to unlock the car the same was not happening and even there was no response from customer care it was busy till 10 30 PM and even busy next day, one of the weakest call center i have ever seen no body called even after next day
I had been recorded the call history where in had tried to reach you, it was about to miss my flight even after reaching bangalore unable to speak to customer care
At last on Monday one of the executives took conplaint and opened up the check out of zoom
The issue is related to app, showing multiple locations and not getting check out, no support from customer care and the fleet no which was displayed also not replied i also had 13000 credits in my account now you have send bill claiming for late payment charges
I request to refund my petrol charges and also my credit points of 13000
It would be great if you reply me immediately on the said matter before reaching the consumer court Was this information helpful? |
