Hello, On 27th April at 7am i took the zoomcar and on the same day trip end time is 8pm, but I've returned the car before 8:00pm only, actually what mistakes is going on here is zoomcar app is too slow and some times it's not responding we I've tried alot to unlock the car but it didn't work due to some other issue so I've asked the keys directly to the boy over there, my trip was started in the morning and while handovering the car zoomcar app is not responding well so I returned the car at 7:30pm half an hour before the trip end time but the staff of zoomcar asked me to pay the late return charges of 2500₹ when the app is not responding properly how can I capture photos of 360°of a car the same happened during the trip end time I am unable to lock the car.so at last I handover the car keys to the boy over there according to my point of view I no need to pay single rupee on what basis the app is showing late return charges, please rectify this issue ASAP.
