[Resolved] Zoomcar — levying unjust damage charges | |
The car i booked on 14 oct 2018 suffered a few scratches and while i was shocked at the rs.4000 damage charges levied by zoomcar guys, i trusted them and accepted to pay. But their site https://www.zoomcar.com/bangalore/damage_charges Clearly shows in which case such charges are to be levied, which somehow is not known to their guys. I feel cheated at the way such a hefty damage charge was unreasonably and unjustifiably slapped for a minor scratch. Even after asking for refund, they just defend this looting :| Was this information helpful? | |
